Program Management Services

Characteristics of our PM services include:

• Our PMs are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) who possess the requisite military experience and leadership qualifications our DOD customers demand.
• Our PMs provide the critical leadership function of integrating task execution, implementing quality control, and monitoring processes and standardization to meet all contract requirements.
• We hire and train our PMs to communicate progress, recognize potential issues, provide any required corrective action, and identify all risks to the customers we support.
• Our PMs are experts in the supported organizations’ policy and doctrine, command and staff actions, capabilities development processes, and training/education orders and directives to provide focused oversight to our contractor support teams.
• Our PMs are well-versed in all forms of executive level communication with exceptional military verbal and written briefing skills and are comfortable supporting our government partners in any forum necessary.
• We maintain the functional expertise in current and emerging PM best practices through recurring corporate training programs headed by our Project Management Office (PMO).
