Military Training and Education Services
As a primary corporate core competency, GCC provides training curriculum development, program of instruction (POI) management, and subject matter expert (SME) instruction for military training organizations. We develop, deliver, and deploy training products ranging from synchronous and asynchronous online learning products to blended learning solutions. We integrate best practices and principles of adult learning and educational technology to ensure all of our products are educationally sound and operationally relevant. We are experienced experts in applying approved ISD processes to review, revise, or create POIs that are compliant with applicable Joint and Service directives.
Our expertise includes:
- Applying ADDIE process to ensure curriculum compliance with all Joint and Service Instructional Systems Design (ISD) authoritative directives and policies.
- Developing and manage POI that range from entry level MOS training to Brigade-level planning and staff integration.
- Delivering tailored operational planning, staff, and leader training from classroom practical application to field exercises (FEX).
- Providing SME Support to classroom, mobile training team and field training.
- Developing lesson plans and training scenarios for approved modeling and simulation (M&S) system curricula.
- Providing certified M&S SMEs to instruct in Joint / Service programs of record.
- Exercise Design in Synthetic Environments scaled from fire team to regimental combat team training events
